Faculty Fellowship and Graduate Student Awards

Award Requirements

Purpose

  • Projects are small, with clearly-defined scope that should take about 2-3 months to complete.
  • Projects will likely focus on the analysis, interpretation or dissemination of existing data or on the implementation or evaluation of an existing community program.
  • To incentivize new research by those who
    • wish to explore an interest in health and wellness content areas, or
    • learn about community-engaged research,  or
    • develop their expertise in a new skill that would benefit from community-engaged research
  • Serve as a space for those developing a thesis or dissertation project or seeking to transition into or accelerate a new research area.

Fellows Awards are modeled after the Faculty Fellows program at The Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs.

Eligibility

Graduate students, full-time faculty.
